This page contains a guide to the References feature in Webonboarding. It covers how
the onboardee adds information.
In the Reference section Onboardees will be asked to add information for their employment references. They may be asked for up to four sets of details.
As they add details of each reference they can use the ‘Save’ button to save the information they have added.
Once all the details are completed they can check the declaration at the top of the page to confirm that it is OK for you to contact these people.
Please note that once the declaration is checked they will need to complete all mandatory details before they can save again and complete this stage. Once saved and completed Webonboarding will notify the Process Owner that reference details have been completed.
