Accessing Form Library.
The form library is where standard forms are already built into the system, these are created by Webonboarding and can be added to your form list and customised.
Pulling a form from the form library.
From the Dashboard or Left-hand side menu, navigate to forms.
Click, “form library” on the right hand side.
You will then see a list of available forms.
You can then click “copy”.
This will open up the form as if it’s just been created on your system, here you can edit the form and assign it to the relevant companies.
Please note, once a form has been started by an onboardee the form cannot be edited.
